Nikki is a criminal defense attorney with 10 years of experience as a prosecutor. She has worked in the Pima County Attorney’s Office prosecuting misdemeanor and felony domestic violence, assault, DUI, DCS, and drug cases.
Nikki later prosecuted misdemeanor DUI, domestic violence, and animal cruelty cases at the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office. She was an Animal Cruelty specialist, and at one point was the sole specialist.
Nikki also worked at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in the Mental Health court. Her work primarily consisted of Civil Commitment cases aimed at having clients partake in mental health treatment and medication to help them become better able to be healthy members of society. Also, while there, she did guardianships and conservatorships. These proceedings are aimed to help people who cannot take care of themselves or their assets. The proceedings ensure that there is someone or some entity who can take care of the client.
Nikki looks forward to bringing her knowledge and experience in prosecution to defend people accused of committing crimes. She has had multiple contacts with law enforcement as witnesses and has learned the policies of these offices. She will serve justice for her clients and fight diligently for all clients.
Before becoming an attorney, Nikki was an international flight attendant. She worked 99% of the time transporting the U.S. military of the Army, Marines, Air Force and Navy from their bases to all parts of the world where they were deployed. She has been to over 50 countries doing this work and respects the U.S. military and all the work they do.
