Chris saved my freedom
I had a case out of Mesa 6-4-2025. Chris Culbert was my attorney. I only had to appear in court once. The prosecuting attorney refused to drop the violations, thinking he had a slam dunk case with me. I'm a multi-time convicted felon currently on probation for DV and was fighting two violations (both assaultive related) with egregious claims written in statements against me. The 'victim' took the stand and lied under oath; Chris easily caught them up in their story multiple times, asking maybe a total of 4 questions. He was great with objecting to the prosecutor's questions as he (Asst. Pros. Austin Brooks) was trying to lead me into a 'soft admission,' attempting to force out only yes or no answers.
