Taylor Renfro is an associate attorney at MayesTelles PLLC who focuses her practice on immigration and criminal defense. An Arizona native, she has always been drawn to representing people who feel underrepresented in the legal system.
Taylor handles asylum, removal defense, family petitions, juvenile visas, adjustment of status, and U-visa matters. She has lectured on how to effectively represent clients in immigration court, and she keeps her clients informed throughout a process that is often unfamiliar and high stakes.
Taylor also has experience and success as a criminal defense attorney. She has obtained dismissals in protection order, misdemeanor, and felony cases, and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She represents her clients zealously and keeps them educated at every stage.
Taylor graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University and earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law. Following law school, she practiced in Omaha, Nebraska before returning home to Arizona.
