A little background: I had been put in a compromised situation by DES through means of their 'new and improved' algorithms, at no fault of my own. Long story short, I was accused of fraud due to their own incompetency.
M&T: I was looking for an attorney to squeeze me in fairly quickly as it's no secret that once government institutions put you in their sights, things can deteriorate fairly quickly. Out of 10 attorneys I called, this one not only called me on a Friday afternoon, but had me scheduled for their next allotted slot on the following Monday morning. Initially, you meet with an advisor who, for lack of a better term, are little more than paid interns. However, once I was able to speak with an attorney, I was beyond impressed. They were able to communicate with me in reassuring yet confident terms. I would say our communications throughout the whole ordeal were 'high level' and very much up to my high standards. Once I submitted the retainer, they appointed me to Shahin. Shahin was very knowledgeable and skillful when it came to dealing with situations like mine. Once again, he was able to communicate on a level playing field avoiding gimmicky terms and getting right to the point of where we stood and how we needed to proceed. One of my biggest gripes about attorneys is their proclivity to drag out communications unnecessarily.
