Chris saved my freedom Jun 9, 2025

I had a case out of Mesa 6-4-2025. Chris Culbert was my attorney. I only had to appear in court once. The prosecuting attorney refused to drop the violations, thinking he had a slam dunk case with me. I'm a multi-time convicted felon currently on probation for DV and was fighting two violations (both assaultive related) with egregious claims written in statements against me. The 'victim' took the stand and lied under oath; Chris easily caught them up in their story multiple times, asking maybe a total of 4 questions. He was great with objecting to the prosecutor's questions as he (Asst. Pros. Austin Brooks) was trying to lead me into a 'soft admission,' attempting to force out only yes or no answers. I would gladly (though I hope to never have to) deal with Chris specifically after seeing how his methods are firsthand. Chris, thanks again for helping save my freedom, my job, and my family.

I was falsely accused of a serious domestic violence incident by a mentally unstable individual and the prosecution dismissed the case in less than 40 days.
