Bianca is an Arizona native born and raised in Mesa. As a child of immigrants, her passion for helping other immigrants began early. Bianca graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Transborder Studies. She later graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2020.
With years of experience in all facets of immigration law, Bianca is adept at representing clients in immigration court before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and preparing family-based petitions including Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, and VAWA petitions with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
