Who Are the Maricopa County Superior Court Criminal Judges?

Maricopa County Drug Court Program
Maricopa County Superior Court has a drug court program for qualifying drug offenders. Program personnel manually screen individuals to decide eligibility. You may qualify for drug court if you meet the following criteria:
- You were charged with drug possession or possession of drug paraphernalia
- You are not currently on supervised probation
- Your offense did not involve the use of a dangerous weapon
- You have no history of serious violent tendencies
- You have no more than one prior felony conviction
- You are not involved with the use of methadone

Where Is the Maricopa County Superior Court Located?
The Maricopa County Superior Court has various locations for different types of cases. Its two criminal court locations are divided as follows:

South Court Tower – 175 W. Madison Street, Third Floor, Phoenix AZ 85003
This Maricopa County Criminal Court location hears felony cases from the following justice courts: all Phoenix courts, Buckeye, and Gila Bend. -
Southeast Court Facility – 222 East Javelina Avenue, Mesa AZ 85210
This Maricopa County Criminal Court location hears felony cases from the following justice courts: all Mesa courts, East Tempe, West Tempe, Scottsdale, and Chandler.
